ComEd Power Outage, Login Problems

Routine checks and storms can bring ComEd power outages to customers in Chicago and Northern Illinois areas, and when this happens it can prompt immediate questions as to why and how long will the power be down. Not only those, customers do like to discuss and ask others if they are having any issues to see if they are in the same area of concern.

ComEd (Commonwealth Edison) also borders the likes of Wisconsin border, Iroquois County and the Indiana border. If you are a customer of this service please do report an outage right here on this page with your issue being it lights, all the power etc along with your location.

Main issues include ComEd smart meter problems, bill payments not going through, login not working or customer service not being helpful, maybe the official website is offline. Here is your one-stop platform to have your say.

I have an outage right now. Spoke to customer services and they were helpful even so they say that smart grid upgrades will prevent outages during stormy weather. What is even funnier is that my bill shows I have had 100% of power yet I had 3 outages last year, which is the first for 2019.
