PSN messages will not be sending on April 22

Sony has announced today its planned maintenance where PSN messages will not be sending on April 22. This will affect PlayStation Mobile app, PS Vita, PS3 and PS4 gaming devices.

The scheduled PlayStation Network messaging maintenance will begin at 05:00am BST and end at 8am BST, which means PSN messages will be down for 3 hours on Wednesday April 22, 2015.

During the maintenance all other PlayStation services will not be affected, which means online gaming can commence with no hiccups. The areas that will be affected include: deleting PSN messages, sending PSN messages, adding members to a group message and receiving PSN messages, as well as changing the group message title.

If you have anything to say or run into problems during the PSN Messages maintenance, please do report them over on our brand page.
