    I am in Sydney, Australia Sunday 30 October and have not been able to log in since I closed the app at 1000 hours having set 4 hour tasks and battles. Would appreciate extra days to complete stage 2 of Halloween challenge

    ya it’s been down near 5 hours here in Ireland can’t even get a proper response from EA or orgin support via email or phone they just keep telling me that there servers a fine that nothings wrong but obviously there is iv even uninstaled and reinstalled the game and nothing changes same problem

    Ireland!! Well first- a warm HELLO!! Ireland is #1 on my bucket list!!
    Secondly- Ea is notoriously bad when it comes to customer service. Obviously something is wrong. The servers aren’t” responding” all over the world”.. I just sent them a note to at least look here for further complaints and to post here to give us some kind of information. We at Tapped Out are losing valuable time on our quests! Lol

    Me neither. Which is another reason I’m rather aggravated with it. I haven’t tried logging in again yet for tonight, so we shall see. Based on more recent comments, it doesn’t look too hopeful. But it varies every single time. I think the worst one was when everything kept crashing for like a week, I think it was. Though things have drastically improved since then. But if Amazon is having issues as well, which I also didn’t know about until just now, who knows exactly what’s going on or for how long it’ll go?

    I have been trying for two or three hours to play. I have deleted the app, rebooted, repeat multiple times. One time it downloaded 80% of the app, which took close to an hour before once again getting cannot connect to server message. This is very, VERY frustrating!!!

    The 2019 Halloween downloaded supposedly but there isn’t any update in the game. The cover has changed to Halloween but no gaming. Used both iPad and phone and have same problem on both devices. Is it my account or is everyone having this problem?

    So every time I try to login and play it says I have to download an additional 985mb update although I already had installed the first updates and had played without issues till after the Halloween update had installed. Whatever is wrong I’m not going to constantly keep downloading the same update over and over
