    I have tried to book my tickets online and get like half way in and then it just stops on me. This happened yesterday when I knew there was an outage, wonder what’s up today!

    Customer service is not the best with Spirit Airlines. Delays happen I get that but come on luggage has to be dropped off at a certain time or they will charge me is ridiculous. Late check in yet there is a 3 hour delay are you kidding me, its not a late check in if its 3 hours delayed is it..
