Cannot log in to online banking….says service disruption

  • Mark Foster

ACCESS DENIED for the past few hours. One notification said “This is a service interruption issue which we are monitoring closely”

  • “Service Interruption” full page plain message when selecting Customer
Service Send secure message. My guess: TD Bank has been attacked by
criminals demanding money. Just a guess. No info available from TD Bank
    or on the Web.

Can’t access TD Bank USA or TD Canada Trust

  • Service interruption AGAIN (3 months ago).

For about three days, TD online banking has been down. When I enter my
login information and click Login, I get the following strange message:

    “Service Interruption
We are currently experiencing systems issues due to an external
interruption, support teams are working to restore services as quickly
    as possible.
This is a service interruption issue which we are monitoring closely.”

Everything is down! Customer service is a 30 min wait, only to be disconnected.

I called the bank to pay off my auto loan and the guy at the other end kept insisting that I accept a $100 gift card, and he wanted 2.95 for shipping. I asked him to transfer me to the auto finance department, he refused to do this, and gave me a phony number 8005551212, I am worried this is a fradulent situation, and it is a way to get your credit card info. very unfortunate. the number I called was 8005588172

  • Mary Opela

Same thing with my account. Finally got through on the phone, but girl was unable to solve the problem. Said she would connect me with the tech department. Ended up sending me back into the original phone queue! Hung up since I had already been on the line for almost an hour. Went to my local bank for help. They said the only number they had for calling was the same 888-751-9000 that I had! So much for customer service.
