    I bought a few products online totaling like $50 and then i went to by i checkout and the page goes blank. When the page finally shows up not one item had been saved, which meant i had to search for items again. Annoying much.

    Not had any problems with Walmart for at least 3 weeks now, since i had issues purchasing things have got a whole lot better. Thanks to customer service helping.

    The only thing I can left click is the shipping pass free trial. I think adding the shipping pass popup is messing with the ability for some users to left click on anything else.

    Walmart is down for 4 days now. Site comes up … but that’s it. You can’t buy anything, there’s nothing available, there’s no information available.

    Everytime I click Book A Time it gives me an error code – so instead of taking an hour to shop, I wasted 2 hours – one to order online and another to actually go to the store and shop. Publix here I come

    6 Jan 2017 – Can’t complete shopping to place order. The search function has not been working for several days so you can’t locate and add items to the cart. Firefox, Chrome and IE cookies have been cleared but none are functioning properly. Latest issue, when going to the cart is shows a popup that says “We’re unable to retrieve your cart at this time. Please try later.” I tried 12 hrs later, and it still not working.

    Walmart website is a mess. Down more than up. Constant problem. When I have reported the problem to Walmart via computer, they send me a response asking me to explain what the problem is. Duh? So, what do I do – I explain the problem again and when I try to send the second complaint, I get the Walmart website that doesn’t work. Ugh.

    I always use Firefox and Safari and after I have bought products i go to the cart like usual, but the items i have added are not showing up there. If I use chrome though its all ok this is crazy.

    24nov17 (Black Friday) 4:47pm PDT Eugene, Oregon. Most products that I click on result in screen saying cannot access right now, or words to that effect. Barely managed to order one discounted item. I give up.

    I get the can’t retrieve message for past 3 days and says to update app but cant find app to do so. I can shop and add items to the cart, but cant access it to purchase items. Very frustrating as I am a shut in and cannot get out to shop at store and have to rely on doing it online. Fix it soon.

    For the last three months, I’ve been unable to access my WalMart
    pharmacy account — although I can access and order from any other part
    of their web site. For the pharmacy, I just get an error message. Have
    contacted support a number of times, only to be told that this is a
    “known issue affecting many customers,” and they are working on it. I
    fail to understand how a company the size of WalMart lacks the IT
    personnel to keep the site functioning. Literal MONTHS of down time! So
    now, I’m wondering if anyone’s heard whether the WalMart pharmacy site
    has been hacked so badly they can’t recover, or what? Should we be
    concerned about our privacy?
